A bit about my background and why it matters: at Playtika I led the first AI models from POC to production scale, with everything that entails, on the technology side but mainly on the business side and the work processes, from the teams on the ground up to senior management. Those models ran at a business scale of over $2.8B. Later on I managed a global operation spread across 4 countries with cross-company processes. Today I bring all of it together to give my clients the maximum, helping them move from classic work processes to AI-based processes that account for every challenge that comes with the change.
