AI Workshop for Teams Working on your real processes

Omer Mayost, pencil sketch on a notebook
In short

A working session, not a talk. The team arrives with its real tasks, and together we build new AI work processes, implement them in the routine, and define a measurable standard that stays after the workshop ends.

The problem this solves

Our approach is simple: a tool that did not enter the team’s work routine was not implemented, it was only demonstrated. That is why the workshop is built around the team’s own tasks, not tool demos. It is also what makes it measurable: there is a before, an after, and numbers.

  • Marketing, content and analytics teams Teams with recurring tasks that eat time, who want to move from occasional experiments to a fixed way of working.
  • Product, operations and support teams Operational processes with a real time cost, measurable before and after.
  • No technical background needed The only prerequisite: real tasks from the routine. No coding required.

How it works

  1. Mapping. We map the team’s tasks and the real time cost of each one.
  2. Prioritization. We choose by savings potential and business value. Not everything is worth implementing.
  3. Building. We build a new AI work process together, on a real task of the team.
  4. Implementation. We document, define a new standard and train the team on it.
  5. Measurement. Time, cost and output, before and after. The basis for ROI in front of management.

The value: what you leave with

The outcome in hand
  • 1A documented process. Built by the team on a real task of its own, not a generic example.
  • 2A new standard. Measurable, defined together with the manager, part of the routine.
  • 3The ability to repeat. The team knows how to run the method on the next tasks by itself.
  • 4Baseline data. For measuring ROI and reporting to management.

By the numbers

3hours of hands-on work
5playbook stages on a real task
Before/aftermeasuring time, cost and output

Why this way

Everything the team builds in the workshop runs in my own business first. I run this method every day on my own processes, and that is what arrives at the workshop: not theory, processes that work.

Common questions

How long is the workshop?

The base format is a focused 3-hour session. For complex processes there is a multi-session format with implementation between sessions.

Does the team need a technical background?

No. The workshop is built for employees and managers with no coding background, using AI tools in regular interfaces.

How is this different from a talk?

A talk presents possibilities. Here the team actually builds a process on a real task of its own and leaves with a standard that enters the routine.

How is success measured?

By the playbook: time, cost and output on the process we built, before and after, reported to management.
